Our door systems are produced under an ISO 9001 quality system and have been tested for CE marking, AS2047 N6 (Australian wind, water and air performance), plus UL-referenced fire-rated constructions for pivot and commercial lobby doors. Test reports and certificates are released with the quotation package so your local building inspector can verify compliance before installation.

What is the maximum size for a single pivot entry door leaf?

Accepted Answer

Standard production covers leaves up to 1,600 mm wide and 3,200 mm high. For oversized villa gates and hotel lobby entrances we engineer leaves up to 2,000 mm x 4,000 mm using reinforced steel-core frames, heavy-duty floor pivots rated to 500 kg and multi-point hardware to control long-term deflection.

What is the typical lead time and MOQ for a custom entry door order?

Accepted Answer

Sampling takes 12-18 days. Bulk production is normally 25-35 days after drawing approval and deposit, depending on finish (powder coating, wood-grain transfer or PVDF). There is no fixed container MOQ for project orders; single-unit sample doors are accepted for showroom and testing purposes.

How are doors packed and protected for ocean freight?

Each leaf is wrapped in protective film, corner-guarded with EPE foam, sealed in a five-layer carton and fixed inside a fumigation-free plywood crate. Hardware and glazing beads are boxed separately and labelled per opening number, which keeps site sorting fast and reduces transit damage claims to below 0.3% of shipped units.

Yes. Our in-house engineering team issues free CAD shop drawings, section details and BIM-ready blocks that match your door schedule, followed by installation manuals, torque and anchoring specifications and video-call guidance for the first openings on site.
